Loy Okezie was born in Lagos, Nigeria, on the 12th of November 1981, but he spent his childhood in a small town located along the Badagry Expressway.

In 2005, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Abuja in Nigeria, with a concentration in marketing as his area of study.
