Biography
Pastor Eno Jerry Eze was born Eno Ebele Ene-Obong in Calabar, which is located in the state of Cross River in Nigeria. She is currently the Lead Consultant, MD, and CEO of Jeno consulting, which is a Human Resource firm.
In 2008, Pastor Eno Jerry, whose congregation refers to her as Lady E, earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Entrepreneurship Institute of Australia.
She eventually earned a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich in London after finishing her education there.

Career
Lady E, as she is generally known among Streams of Joy International members, received an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Entrepreneurship Institute Australia in 2008.
She went directly to the University of Greenwich in London to pursue a master’s degree in international human resource management.
Eno was a Sales Representative at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd (2005-2006), an Editorial Officer at the National Root Crops Research Institute (2006-2007), a Facilities Supervisor at South Greenwich Care Limited (2007-2008), and an Administrator at Moorsfield Eye Hospital London (2008).
Between January 2009 until October 2011, she worked at Choice Support as Human Resource Advisor. She then moved on to Century Energy Services in Lagos, Nigeria, where she served as the Organization Development Coordinator until December 2013, when she acquired the role of Human Resource Business Partner at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc Calabar.
She is a member of the Charted Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and a lecturer in the department of Human Resource Management at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture in Umudike, Umuahia, Abia State. She is also the Chief Consultant, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Jeno consulting, a Human Resource organization.
Eno Jerry is also a Author . She is the author of “I Almost Ruined My Marriage,” a genuine account of her marriage journey. She highlighted the difficulties she encountered during the early years of her marriage to Pastor Jerry Eze in that book.
