Both of Cecily’s parents work in the entertainment industry. Peter and Elaine met in 1983 in a touring production for the Paines Plough Theatre Company. They married in 1991 in a beautiful ceremony in Strathblane, near Peter’s home city of Glasgow. They have been married for over 30 years. Her educational background is not publicly known.
